My Memories Suite was the software giveaway, it is a digital scrapbook site which offers a variety of elements to make a scrapbook online. This was my first ever experience with digital scrapbooking, I'm still playing around with it, learning and trying out different looks, styles, etc.
I made this page to thank Zucchini Summer and My Memories. If you click on the image it will enlarge.
I like plaids and houndstooth, I know lots of people don't, I also like paisley, anyway, I used houndstooth as the background for the page. It's so easy to drop in a photo and crop, turn, and resize it.
It might be hard to let go of the glue and make a scrapbook online, then again, it might be easy to unstick your fingers, this way you can duplicate it, share it, print it, or save it. In case anyone is interested in getting this software for themselves, there are lots of giveaways going on, try googling and hopefully some will still be going on.
Edited to add that Katherines Corner is hosting a giveaway for this software, go over there to enter the drawing! Simple Wyrdings is also hosting a giveaway!

What a nice giveaway. I love what you did with the various elements. Well done and I'd love to see your "Krafty Block" project when it's done. :)
Congrats on your win sweetie!! Guess what..I'm having a bonus giveaway today! Hugs and smooches Katherine
Congrats on winning that awesome prize! I really like the page, especially the heart! One of these days I will experiment with creating art digitally, but for now I am more of a hands-on girl. Have a great weekend & hope you are feeling better!
I've been digital scrapbooking for several years and I love it. I have quite a stash of goodies (all on my computer of course) and I love that there's no mess and I can work on it whenever I want without having to leave paper, etc. out.
A site I love and offers daily free digi scrapbooking goodies is www.Scrapgirls.com - try them and see what you think....
Nancy, I think I am going to look for a particular jar and will post the Block project once I've found the jar. Hope it actually exists!
Katherine, I'm going to edit this post with a link to your giveaway.
Thanks Deb, you make beautiful creations! My elbow is better, but knees need more time- getting there!
Terrie, I didn't know anything about digital scrapbooking, this has opened up a new excuse to get my own computer! I'm going to go to the site you mentioned.
Great prize!! Congrats ;o) I like houndstooth and paisley too ;o) I still use glue! LOL! Have a great day!
Hi Gloria,
Oh, I absolutely LOVE houndstooth too! This is fabulous!!
I am your newest follower and I hope the class was super-helpful. The next classes will be super-short, but filled with info.
I hope you have a great weekend!!

Stacy, congrats on the chain malle prize. I have a tweedy/houndstooth jacket bookmarked, I am trying not to spend the money- don't know if I can resist!
Hi and welcome, Cindy! Enjoyed your blog and learning some new things, always ready to learn more. Another houndstooth lover, yay!
I completely forgot how much I love the hounds-tooth pattern, this is an exciting page!
Also I wanted to thank you for your visits...I may start replying to comments since I can't comment on blogger a lot of times. Shine on!
♥♥♥
Congrats on winning! Digital scrapbooking sounds like a lot of fun. I have never tried it before, but it sounds a lot easier then taking out all the supplies to create pages. Have fun creating pages.

Thanks priti.lisa, I like new, but am drawn to the classics. A lot of people are having trouble with commenting, FF and IE wouldn't work for me any longer, switched to chrome.
Hi Valerie, it is fun, but it's not the same feeling as being hands on. Washing off paint, glue, etc. being messy has its place! I think it would be good for people who want to duplicate, share, add video and music to the scrapbook. I think I'm going to see about the printing costs before getting in too far. Another good thing, "No paper cuts!"
Thanks Cindy! Going to look into that +1 thing, I see it, but haven't used it yet. It must be useful?
just wanna say thanks for visiting me and for encouraging comment :) You got nice artworks here :)
xoxo
