Through the Icy Woods Photo Editing Winter Backyard Fairytales

Just in case we need a little relief from the heat, the theme at Inspiration Avenue blog this week is, "Icy."  With so many ideas and not enough energy I decided to use a photo of mine which I took last winter.  After adding this and that to it on Picnik , here is the result.  Click on the image if you wish to view it in a larger size.

Do you see this in your backyard?

Pearls and diamonds, a knight on a horse, now I am unmasked and ready to start a new adventure.  He awaits...

Visiting from IA. Love the details in the photo--including the sweet owl! I'm much cooler now!

Thanks Craftymoose, I like the owl too, was going to give him a mate, but forgot!

You have definitely accomplished the theme with this icy back yard. Usually in Va. we don't get much snow, but it does remind me of a couple of years ago when we had the most that I can remember! :-) I like this a lot! :-)

Love this! We did get snow twice this year which is unusual for SC. I do have an owl in my backyard though.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today, too.

Awesome take on the theme- love the knight in shining armor, and your owl is fab- we have "seven hoot" owls in our area and I every once in a while, I'll see one silhouetted in a tree just like yours.

I like how you took an existing photo and turned it into a work of ART. I know I'm late, but I've been offline most of the week with a house guest. I do appreciate you stopping by, though.
