What's Doing Wednesday? A Love Story Places Aceo

Washed  the fabric I purchased for the embrodiery designs.  Bought some more hoops at the thrift store.  Naughty me, I bought more buttons, too!

I wish I could have the energy of one of those statues with eight arms, then I could really have lots of projects going at one time!  Instead, I'm a dreamer, wish I was here

by the seaside with family and friends. Years later, I'm still in love with this place.  That's me in the photo image.

This aceo has been in progress for far too long, I guess I don't want to see how this love story ends.  One day, soon...   Is there a place you can't get out of your mind?

What a lovely piece! I love that one iconic picture of the couple kissing in the middle of like NY or something

Thanks, Aulani! After the war ended, I think that's the one you mean. No sailor for me, darn!

This is a magical photo! The story hopefully has a brilliantly happy ending :) There is a place, actually many, but Doubtful Sounds in New Zealand, with my hubby & 2 babes, stunning, I would go back in an instant, actually I often daydream about having a ramshackle home along that wild west coast of the south island of New Zealand. Oh yes, and an old fallen down deserted castle, actually just the ruins, in Spain, surrounded by wild poppies all over the hillside... ahhh

Sunshineshelle, I've got goosebumps reading your comment about those places, flowers over the hillsides, fabulous!

I started working on my happy ending last year, hopefully a transition to that will be in view, soon.

Great photo!

I'm assuming the button stash is well stocked then.....

Thanks OnePerfectDay, and you can never have too many buttons- little works of art in the hand, jar, or to wear! LOL
