Playing with Buttons and Jars on Ten for Tuesday Photo Editing Sites

You've seen this idea of recycling and decorating a food jar before, haven't  you?   I just like playing on Picnik, sad it's shutting down, but there are several other free photo editing sites out there to try.

Here is a Ten for Tuesday List in random order:

  1. FotoFlexer
  2. FotoFuze
  3. Gimp
  4. Picasion
  5. Pixlr
  6. ipiccy
  7. Pixlr-o-Matic
  8. PhotoFaceFun
  9. Rollip
  10. BeFunky

Do you have any free photo editing sites to add to the list?  To read other Top Ten for Tuesday lists, visit Many Little Blessings.

If you leave a comment I'll visit your blog and check out your list or your post for today, please follow along with the lists and the blog if you like these sorts of posts, too. Thanks.

Thanks for this list ... I use an old photo editing program that I've had for years ... but, I really must try one of these. Do you have a favorite?

Happiness to all.

Photoscape is the best -- it's the one I always use.

ArtSings I don't have a favorite yet. I did find another one to try, PicMonkey, it looks pretty good.

Miranda, I'm going to give photoscape another try, there are so many sites it gets confusing.

Stacy, thanks for noticing, those are some photos I made into label buttons. I did away with the label cloud/list, it's easier to search or use the index and new buttons. At least I think so. ;)

Great list! I was trying to make suggestions the other day in a post about free photo editing software and could have used your post. I use Photoshop CS2. It's old (as far as Photoshop goes), but I know it and love it.

Thanks, I will check those out! I'm pretty sad that Picnik is going away. I've seen a new site made by the same people called Picmonkey but I haven't tried it out yet.

Hi Laurie, Angie, Dee, and Camille! Glad you liked the list. I tried PicMonkey the other day, it has a free section, but there is a pop up to upgrade to paid membership, too. I've never used photoshop, maybe with the next computer, wishful thinking... TFV!

I've been using Picnik lately and I'm also sad it's going away. I have Gimp on my computer, but I find Picnik is way easier to use. I'll have to check out some of these others... thanks for suggesting them!

You're welcome Katie, and tfv!

Hi Bonnie, tfv and hope you find a good substitute for Picnik, I'm still searching...
